A tailor-made solution

The equipment you use is as unique as your business and we can meet your needs precisely. Maintenance can be carried out in-situ - even steam cleaning - or we can work from our headquarters near Cirencester if that's more convenient. Whatever the problem, we'll find a solution. Indeed, we hardly ever have to admit that a trolley is beyond economic repair.

The adaptability of INS has really tangible benefits. For instance, when a hospital told us about the noise and floor damage caused by its trolleys we were able to come up with the perfect answer: new quiet wheels that don't mark the floors, and specially-adapted sides to eliminate other rating.

We go one further:

Most of our customers find that a regular, six-monthly service cycle keeps all their trolleys in tiptop condition. But we're quite happy to come to the rescue on those odd occasions when VIP visits is imminent and some trolleys look as if they've taken a bashing.

We can send replacement for breakdowns, and will even keep a free, computerised stock check on your behalf - so that you know exactly what equipment you've got and any problems can highlighted.

Although the TMS treatment sounds as if it should be expensive, you'll be surprised at how cost-effective it is.

We now also offer the Wanzl Reviva range of trolleys. They are the same high quality that you would expect from Wanzl, with a 30 month guarantee, but at very affordable prices.

TMS also supplies the NHS with garment rails, catering trolleys, roll cages as well as providing maintenance services for all wheeled assets within hospitals.
